For many years, ECSA has invested in the training of young people, giving them the opportunity to take their first steps into the professional world in a practical, dynamic and growth-oriented environment.

Since 2006, we have welcomed apprentices and supported them throughout their training, helping them develop skills, independence and an understanding of their professional role.
